A $1.95 million class action settlement has been reached in a lawsuit against Bath Saver Inc. The lawsuit claimed that the company made robocalls in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). If you received one of these calls, you may be eligible for a cash payment as part of the settlement. Read on to learn more about the details of this settlement and how to claim your payment.

Bath Saver Inc. is a popular bath remodeling company that has been in business for many years. However, earlier this year, they ran into some trouble when it was revealed that they had violated the TCPA through their use of the automated phone. A lot of Bath Saver Inc. customers complain they got multiple calls from the company every week. Some of them even put their phone number on the “National Do Not Call Registry,” but they still got unwanted calls.

The TCPA law says that you can only call clients with whom you do business, and even if you do business with them, you still can’t make a lot of marketing calls.

Can I join the settlement?

If you are a US citizen who registered your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry and received calls from Bath Saver, Hamespire Door, or their affiliates more than twice in a 12-month period, you are eligible to participate in the settlement.

Benefits

After deducting the Settlement Expenses Award, Class Counsel’s Fees, Costs, and a Service Payment to the Plaintiff, the remaining sum will be divided among class members. The real amount that each class member will receive is determined by the number of valid claim. You need to provide proof of spam calls that you received from Bath Saver Inc.
