Nestle Coffee-Mate® is the latest brand to be embroiled in a class action lawsuit, with the company agreeing to a settlement of $10 million. The lawsuit alleges that Nestle was falsely advertising the serving size of its Coffee-Mate line of products, including powder creamers for coffee. Those who believe they have been affected by the inaccurate advertising may be entitled to a portion of the settlement. Read on to learn more about the Nestle Coffee-Mate® Class Action Settlement.

The settlement covers nine varieties of Coffee-Mate powder creamer products, including original, vanilla, hazelnut, mocha chocolate, french vanilla, sweet cream, Irish cream, Natural Bliss all-natural, and Natural Bliss coconut.

Can I join the settlement?

If you are a U.S. citizen who bought a Nestle Coffee-Mate powder or creamer product for your own use between January 1, 2017 and December 8, 2022, you may be eligible for a cash rebate. Please fill out a claim form to join the class and be eligible for money from the Nestle class action settlement.

Benefits

If you are eligible for the Nestle class action settlement, you may be able to receive up to $0.50 per qualifying Coffee-Mate product (up to 10 products or $5.00) with no proof of purchase or up to 30% of the price paid per unit of Nestle Coffee-Mate with proof of purchase, subject to a maximum claim reimbursement of $40.00. You can only file one claim per household, so choose between the two options and submit your claim before the deadline on March 14, 2023.
